About

Every consumer business in India eventually runs into the same wall: distribution. Getting a product built is hard; getting it to a million households across a fragmented, layered, deeply offline market is harder. That wall is where Khushnud Khan has spent his entire career.

At Tata Sky, he worked on the distribution infrastructure that took satellite television from launch to a mass-market product — building the on-ground network that turned a new technology into a household default.

At Flipkart, Khushnud built the consumer electronics category from zero to over $2 billion in GMV, riding and shaping India’s first great e-commerce adoption wave. It taught him how online demand actually meets offline supply — and where the system breaks.

At Arzooo, he helped rewire a fragmented ₹60B retail distribution market through technology-enabled supply orchestration, bringing organized supply chains to thousands of independent retailers.

Across all three, the underlying problem was the same: coordination between consumers, supply, and distribution. Different categories, different decades, same puzzle. Khushnud Khan is currently building a new consumer AI venture. If you’re building in consumer, retail, or distribution, he’d love to hear from you, drop him a note.
